We are in network with the following insurances:

  • All Auto Insurances/PIP/Medpay
  • Oregon Worker’s Comp
  • Federal Worker’s Comp
  • Providence
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • First Choice Health
  • Pacific Source
  • Moda

If you don’t see your insurance on this list, please call us!  Many insurances go by more than one name which can make it confusing to understand.  We are dedicated to helping you understand and maximize your benefits.  The best way to know for sure if we are in-network with your insurance is to call us or text us at (503) 893-5131 with your insurance information and we will provide a free insurance verification!

If we are not in-network with your insurance, or you don’t have health insurance, or you have a very high deductible and wish to not your health insurance please contact our office about time of service rates.

New patients appointments can be scheduled by calling us 24/7, or by scheduling online.  Existing patients schedule online, call or text us to schedule appointments.

What To Expect On Your First Visit

After scheduling your new patient appointment, you will be sent our new patient intake paperwork to fill out online.  We highly recommend you complete this prior to your first appointment as it allows us time to prepare adequately for your appointment and provide the best care possible.  Once you arrive for your first appointment you will be greeted with a smiling face! Then, the chiropractic assistant or provider will see you next for a thorough history and examination.  Upon completion of the history and examination your provider will detail a individulaized treatment plan which is specific to your condition and goals.  Treatment typically starts day one, unless something about your case/condition indicates it should not.  If you are visiting us for an injury, we will assist you in filling out any necessary paperwork as well.

If your condition requires we get X-rays or an MRI, your provider will order those as well.  If your condition requires co-treatment with another doctor or professional, we will make that referral as well.

We typically function as your “quarterback”, organizing and coordinating your care to achieve the best outcomes for you.

We welcome you and look forward to seeing you fully recovered and back to your life!

Federally Required Notice:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
