Sarah (she/her) graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2013 and has worked as a massage therapist ever since. Deeply devoted to finding sources of pain and utilizing her skills, Sarah implements her care based on a quick intake where she asks questions to determine goals and pressure preferences. While working together, Sarah will execute deep tissue techniques combined with myofascial release and extras like cupping and qua sha to help release tightness and bring movement to "stuck" areas. Sarah is passionate about bodywork being for all and especially enjoys creating a space for those living in a marginalized body to feel safe and cared for.
Her areas of specialty include:
•injury recovery (life, accident, or sports related)
•migraine and headache relief
•pre/postnatal care
•chronic pain
•rebalancing computer posture or "tech neck"
